Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible furniture items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instructions.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, assembly, modification, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture.
  • Personalized products.
  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable.
  • Furniture that has been assembled, installed, or altered after delivery (unless defective).
  • Mattresses, bedding, or upholstered items that have been used, where prohibited by law.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [Email Address] and providing:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs showing the damage or defect.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping & Collection Fees

Order Cancellations

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items subject to stock availability. Additional charges may apply if exchanging for a higher-priced item.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds may be reduced or denied if returned furniture:

  • Is damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper assembly.
  • Is returned without original packaging where required.
  • Shows signs of excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
